Lynas is building a Rare Earths Processing Facility only 5 minutes from Kalgoorlie. Lynas Rare Earths is an established ethical and environmentally responsible producer of rare earth materials and is the world’s only significant producer of separated rare earth materials outside of China. You will work as part of a smaller team so you can expect to build strong relations with your colleagues.The Opportunity:We’re looking for multiple production driven Processing Supervisors wanting to join us on our journey. Preliminary works have begun, and major equipment has started to arrive on site. You will have the opportunity to have input into employing the Production workforce and setting up the initial operating systems.
