Lynas Rare Earths is an established ethical and environmentally responsible producer of rare earth materials and is the world’s only significant producer of separated rare earth materials outside of China. You will work as part of a smaller team so you can expect to build strong relations with your colleagues.The Opportunity:We are looking for a production driven Process Services Supervisor wanting to join us on our journey. Preliminary works have begun, and major equipment has started to arrive on site. You will have the opportunity to have input into employing the Production workforce and setting up the initial operating systems.This role provides the day to day support of the processing team with the management of the various processing bulk materials, ensuring they are unloaded safely and in a timely manner.
