Lynas is building a Rare Earths Processing Facility only 5 minutes from Kalgoorlie. Lynas Rare Earths is an established ethical and environmentally responsible producer of rare earth materials and is the world’s only significant producer of separated rare earth materials outside of China. You will work as part of a smaller team so you can expect to build strong relationships with your colleagues.The Opportunity:We are looking for quality driven and enthusiastic Laboratory analysts who want to be exposed to the exciting world of the rare earths industry. The lanthanides come with their own unique set of dissolution and spectroscopic challenges that presents opportunity for ongoing method development and process improvement.The new Laboratory facility is progressing well with most of the major equipment already on site pending calibration and commissioning. You will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and experience to assist with lab setup, equipment commissioning and validation of methods.
