We’re focused on creating an inclusive environment to allow our people to bring their best selves to work because they feel safe, included and empowered. The Role(s) We are looking for a Project Document Controller with previous Resource, Oil & Gas Study, Feasibility and/or Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC & EPCM) and/or Project Management Office (PMO) experience, whether working in an integrated management team or separate engineering house capacity. Reporting to the Lead Document Controller, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Integrated Management Team based in Perth towards controlling the document receipt, indexing, classification, workflow reviews, and distribution.These are Fixed Term-18 months contracts.Key Responsibilities:Timely processing of both corporate and project data, drawings & documents, including data entry, distributing and filing as detailed in the appropriate procedures.Maintain Project Document ControlMaintain Electronic Document Management and SharePoint (Document Repository)Assist in the review and development of Document Control Work Instructions andQA/QC checking of documents to ensure the format is to CompanyEnsure that all handover documents are to Lynas standardsFollow all Company Work ProceduresReceive, number, distribute and track project vendorProduce status reports from allocated projects as required on both design deliverables and vendorMaintain a Customer Service approach when liaising with project personnel and vendorsMaintain the project filing and controlled revisionArchiving of project documentation at completion of assignedWhat we are looking for:Minimum 3 years of experience as Document Controller working with electronic data management systems including M-Files, QDMS, Box, Intuit, Aconex or similar.Thorough understanding of indexing, naming, numbering, version and revision controlA good understanding of Business Management SystemsAbility to work flexibly and independently within a dynamic and collaborative environment assisting vendors, procurement, engineering and management alike.  Knowledge of Microsoft Software Packages and Adobe WriterTime management and organisational skillsGood communication skills at all levelsAn excellent understanding of the overall project progressionPrevious experience setting up or being the administrator of an electronic Document Management & Control System would be beneficial but not essential.Qualification:Secondary Education Graduation Certificate/Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate Studies BenefitsRemuneration package relevant and commensurate with the market and projects.Annual Bonus SchemeGenerous Parental Leave ProcedureSalary continuance scheme and life insurance (through Superannuation)Salary Sacrifice optionsFlexible Working Arrangement ProcedureWe are committed to ensuring that our workplace is inclusive, where all our people feel they belong, are valued, and respected.We welcome and encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, the LGBTI+ community, mature workers, as well as candidates with culturally diverse backgrounds.
